What is included: one design or the whole set?
The headrest set includes two covers in the same selected design. The skeleton set includes three decorations: peace sign, heart hands and rose. The glow-ghost set includes three decals, one of each design. The Bat/Ghost/Devil window light includes one light in your selected design; demon-eye lights come in your selected color. Gallery images can show several options together, so check the product page and your selection before checkout.
Will the headrest covers or decals fit my car?
Measure first—fit varies by size and shape. Each stretch headrest cover measures 22 × 25.5 cm / 8.7 × 10 in flat; allow a 1–2 cm measurement difference. Each horror-character decal measures 90 × 45 cm / 35.4 × 17.7 in. The three glow decals measure 8.4 × 9 cm, 7.6 × 10 cm and 7.9 × 9 cm. Check your vent shape before choosing clip-on skeletons. These decorations are not guaranteed to fit every vehicle.
Do I need batteries, a USB port or vehicle wiring?
The projector needs a compatible USB-A power source; for parked-car use, connect through a USB car adapter. The window lights support solar and USB-C charging without connection to vehicle wiring. Headrest covers, skeleton clips and both decal types need no electricity. Check the selected product page for its charging and package details.
How do I get a clear projection?
Use the projector in a dark space and aim it at a solid surface. Bend the flexible neck to adjust the angle and swap the slides to change the character. For car displays, use it only while parked. Ambient light and the projection surface affect how clearly you see the image.
Can I rely on solar charging alone?
For the Halloween Bat/Ghost/Devil and twin-eye window lights, fully charge via USB-C before first use. Solar charging depends on available sunlight; use USB-C when charging is insufficient. We do not promise a fixed all-night runtime. Check the instructions for your selected model.
Why does the glow on the ghost stickers fade?
These stickers absorb light and glow green in darkness without batteries. Expose them to light before use. Brightness fades over time and can be refreshed by exposing them to light again; they do not stay continuously bright like an LED light.
How are they installed, and can the decals be removed cleanly?
Window lights attach by suction cups to clean, dry interior glass; covers slip over compatible headrests; skeletons clip onto compatible vents. Both decal types use adhesive application, rather than reusable static cling. Residue-free removal and reuse have not been confirmed. If you have tinted glass, a delicate finish or need temporary decoration, ask us before ordering. Measure and plan window placement while parked, keeping areas needed for driving visibility clear.
What if I choose the wrong item or receive a damaged product?
Returns and exchanges are not accepted for change of mind, personal preference or ordering the wrong item, so check measurements and options first. For damaged, defective, incorrect or materially different items, email service@carmoj.com within 48 hours of delivery with order details and clear photos or videos. After review, an appropriate solution may be approved. Approved replacements carry a US$10 replacement shipping fee. Wait for instructions before returning anything. See our refund policy.
