SHIPPING POLICY

Thank you for shopping at CARMOJ. This Shipping Policy explains how your order is processed, shipped, and delivered.


1. Order Processing Time

  • All orders require 6–12 hours for processing before shipment.

  • Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.

  • You will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number once your order has shipped.


2. Shipping Fees & Delivery Times

United States

  • Free Standard Shipping

  • Delivery Time: 3–7 business days

Europe

  • Delivery Time: Around 8 business days

Other Regions

  • Delivery times vary by destination. Most orders arrive within 7–15 business days.

Delivery times are estimates and may vary based on customs clearance, shipping carrier processing, or local logistics conditions.


3. Order Tracking

Once your order is shipped, you can track it through:

  • The tracking link in your shipping confirmation email, or

  • Your CARMOJ account dashboard

If tracking information is delayed or unavailable, please allow 24–48 hours for the carrier to update the tracking status.


4. Shipping Delays

We are not responsible for delays caused by:

  • Shipping carriers

  • Customs inspections

  • Weather conditions

  • Incorrect shipping information provided by the customer

  • High-volume seasons (e.g., holidays)

Once the package is handed over to the carrier, title and risk of loss transfer to the customer.


5. Incorrect Shipping Information

If you entered an incorrect address:

  • Contact us immediately at service@carmoj.com

  • If your order has not been shipped yet, we will update the address

  • If the order has shipped, we cannot change the destination

  • CARMOJ is not responsible for lost packages due to incorrect addresses provided by customers


6. Lost or Stolen Packages

If your package shows “Delivered” but you have not received it:

  1. Check with neighbors or building management

  2. Confirm your shipping address

  3. Contact the shipping carrier

After these steps, contact us at service@carmoj.com and we will assist you.
However, CARMOJ is not liable for packages stolen after delivery confirmation.


7. Customs and Import Duties

International orders may incur customs fees, import taxes, or duties depending on your country.
These charges:

  • Are not included in product prices

  • Are the customer’s responsibility

  • May affect delivery times
