Free Standard Shipping

Free standard shipping to eligible destinations. No minimum purchase required. Delivery availability is confirmed at checkout.

Delivery Time

In-stock items usually need 1–2 business days for processing before dispatch. Customized items usually need approximately 5 business days for production before dispatch.

Standard shipping typically takes 7–15 business days after dispatch. Estimated total time is therefore about 8–17 business days for in-stock items and 12–20 business days for customized items. Weekends are excluded; public holidays, customs and carrier delays may extend these estimates.

Order Processing

In-stock items are usually processed within 1–2 business days before dispatch. Customized items usually require approximately 5 business days for production before dispatch. Processing and production time are separate from shipping transit time.

Tracking information will be provided once your order has shipped.

Taxes & Duties

Taxes and duties are included in the price. No additional import fees are charged upon delivery.
