Who pays return shipping?
Please contact us before sending any item back. Most approved damaged or defective items do not need to be returned. For an approved replacement, a US$10 replacement shipping fee applies, as stated in our Refund Policy.

What if I entered the wrong personalization details?
Customers are responsible for reviewing personalization details before placing an order. If the item is produced correctly according to the information submitted by the customer, errors in customer-provided customization details are not considered manufacturing defects.
How do I request a return or receive an approved refund?
